When mixed with a green herb, fully restores health.

Contains one colour of herbs that can be reused several times.

Weapons and Ammunition[]
- Combat Knife
Melee weapon, very weak and only useful against zombies.
- Handgun
Uses 9mm ammunition. Useful against most weak monsters such as zombies and zombie dogs.
- Shotgun
Aim upwards to decapitate zombies.
- Submachine gun
Unlock with a B rank.
- Grenade Launcher
A highly versatile weapon. Two new kinds of rounds are available. Freeze rounds contain a subzero compound that reacts with air freezing enemies. (A bit like the freezing capsules from Demolition Man) Electro rounds let off a burst of electricity, zapping monsters.
- Magnum
A powerful handgun but ammunition is scarce. Save for bosses.
- Rocket Launcher
Unlock by getting an A rank. Instantly kills anything.

Shotgun shells. Comes in boxes of 12.
- Grenades
Normal are grey. Flame are red. Acid are yellow. BOW gas are green. Freeze are blue and Electric are black with a yellow thunderbolt symbol.
- Magnum bullets
Bullets for the Magnum. Found in sixes.
Monsters[]
- Zombies
Slow, shambling corpses. Weak but dangerous in large numbers or in narrow corridors.
- Runners
28 days later style angry zombies. Fast and deadly in large numbers.
- Majinis.
Like the Los Ganados from Notspain Island but because you’re in Africa they’re all black people. Sometimes the Los Plagas parasite pops out from their mouths that open like Sangheili mouths or Benwolf from Ben 10. Sort like a cross like shape quadripartite jaws.
- Zombie dogs
Fast but weak. Watch for their arm grab.
- Licker
The licker is back! Looks like a skinless humanoid with an exposed brain. Attacks with its long tongue and claws.
- Ivy 2.0
Fought only in Fall of Umbrella and the Krauser prologue. Stronger and faster versions of Ivies.
- Giant Spider
Spits venom and bites. May poison.
- Alligators and Crocodiles
Just normal uninfected Alligators and Crocodiles. Attacks you if you try to go in the water.
- Reaper
Cockroach-like BOWs. Attacks like a chimera and only found in dark areas like caves.

- Giant
A Giant from NotSpain Island. It's weak point is it's back.
- Kraken
A giant tentacle monster.
- Tyrant
Yet another Tyrant...
- Ouroboros
A mass of tentacles shoot the cores.
- Giant Enemy Crab!
A giant crab monster fought on a very high tech cargo elevator.
- Ouroboros prime
A giant version of Ouroboros the villain turns into.
- Albert Wesker
The final boss of the main game. You fight his human form then his monster form.
- Sergie clones
A high ranking Umbrella general. You fight him and his clones.
- Oswald Spencer
The head of Umbrella. You fight his human form then his monster form. The final boss of the Fall of Umbrella story arc. You unlock it by completing the game.
