Diana Samaras is a member of the New Amazons, sister of Penthesilea Samaras, mother of Hippolyta Drake and wife of Michael Drake, she is also the sister-in-law of Jake June. Not much is known about her early life but what is known is that she met Michael Drake in 2000 and by 2005, they married and had their daughter Hippolyta in 2010. In 2012, she lost her husband when he was killed by a Regenerador and retreated to keep Hippolyta safe from harm, then went back to kill the Regenerador and was successful. After her battle with the Regenerador, she was too badly injured to move and so she layed in the grass for 2 days and by the third day, the symbiote known as Styx managed to regenerate her injuries. Her memory was somewhat damaged and so she had gaps within it, so she didn't remember where her base was located. She spent the next 25 years in a settlement she made herself.

In the year 2037, she met up with her daughter once more when she released her from a trap while she ran from the Umbrella Facist Group. Hippolyta realized that Diana was indeed her mother and got them out of their location via a fixed radio that contacted Penthesilea. They were rescued, then afterwards, Diana, Hippolyta and the rest of the New Amazons, along side Division Delta Codenamed:Anti-Virus who were commanded by Michael Franklin Miller, attacked the UFG's outpost, then both came out of this as the victors.

Diana is a woman that seems to be in her 30's, however is much older because of the symbiote known as Styx which keeps her from aging and allows her to be slightly stronger, faster, more agile and heals fast. She also wears with a green utility belt and straps that have all sorts of supplies. She is a brunette, but has streaks of aurora borealis green in her hair. She also has blue eyes and is usually wearing only her belt, straps, boots and socks, nothing else. She also has tattoos on her left leg and to the left of her abdomen.

Diana's main weapons of choice are the Thompson Submachine Gun as her primary weapon and a Glock Pistol as her sidearm.
