One of the first members of the B.C.K., Ethan Wilkinson was a United States Military soldier stationed at a military outpost outside of Racoon City, intended for escaped survivors of the incident caused by the Umbrella Corporation. Ethan joined the B.C.K. in order to avenge the death of his sister, who he believes died in the Racoon City Incident.
