Dean Leonardo Miller was born on June 14,2014 to Michael Franklin Miller and Jane Valentine who were now leading members of Division Delta Codenamed:Anti-Virus. He was known to be a kid of action and was known for his ways of getting people to talk, which made him leader of Division Delta's Mafia Force.
Future[]
By the year 2037, Dean was called upon many times by his father and mother to find Oswell E. Spencer and his band of remaining members of the Umbrella Corporation.
Powers and Abilities[]
Due to his father and mother being physically enhanced with T-Virus Alpha, Dean has all of the same powers and abilities such as speed, strength, healing, agility, reflexes, heightened senses, etc. He also has the power to shapeshift as well because he was born with the virus in his body.
Like his father, Dean is also a naturally born pilot, soldier and even inventor which gives him an edge against his foes as well.
Personality[]
On a day when he is not working, Dean is a nice guy, however while working, he maintains a very serious and incorruptable mood, which is one thing that make others afraid to come even 2ft near him while he is on duty and that is to show that he runs the streets and calls the shots. He is also very caring to his family and loved ones. He uses his intimidation methods on anyone with outstanding results as well.
Hobbies[]
Dean, while in his spare time, enjoys inventing and spending time with his girlfriend Jasmine Soprano who was a member of the Mafia back in 2015 and who aided Dean in the creation of the Mafia Force. He also runs a club called "Miller's Lights" in New Raccoon City as a cover for his real work and anyone who is bought into the "Backroom" as Dean calls it is usually people who are involved with Spencer and remnants of the Umbrella Corporation and they are interrogated, then sent to "The Bay".
